Take Personal Responsibility With Your Faith

Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand (2 Corinthians 1:24).

The Message Version of our theme Scripture reads, “We’re not in charge of how you live out the faith, looking over your shoulders, suspiciously critical. We’re partners, working alongside you, joyfully expectant. I know that you stand by your own faith, not by ours.”

Faith is personal, and every believer must develop their faith toward God based on His Word. God does not expect you to depend on another’s faith.

No man is in charge of how you live out the faith, it is your sole responsibility!

What happens when trouble and crisis sets into your life? “Don’t look ‘outside”, draw from the inside. There are precious deposits there! Glory to God.

At the end of your journey, will you, like Apostle Paul say, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7).

Child of God, you must grow up, take responsibility and learn to stand by your own faith.
