School of Ministry
The School of Ministry was initiated to train and equip ministers of the gospel of Christ, building in them the realities of God’s Word and empowering them to carry the message of eternal life in Christ Jesus to their world, with great demonstrations of the miraculous power of God. The vision of the school is enshrined in teaching, demonstration and impartation.
The school is designed to help ministers or those desiring to enter into real-time ministry to have greater insights into the divine ministry, ministry development, and the priority of ministry, ministering to the oppressed and ministering the Spirit- so they can have an effective, functional, fulfilled and successful ministry.
The school is an opportunity to take time away from the day-to-day running of your ministry to refresh your ministerial skills, review your vision and calling, update your convictions and get you propped up for greater success in life and ministry.
The School is divided into two (2) levels:
Level One covers topics on new creation realities, understanding redemption, the Word, sin consciousness, the renewing of the mind, the finished work of Christ, etc. The level takes a period of two (2) months. Level two covers aspects of globalization and our roles, issues of excellence in ministry, ministerial etiquette, discipleship, soul-winning, church government, etc. The level takes a period of two (2) months.
In addition to the two levels, there are practical sessions integrated as part of the whole training program. These include:
a) Field Missionary Assignments (FMAs) through which students have the opportunity to evangelize their “nations”
b) Prayer Sessions (PSs) through which students are engaged in prayer and intercession
c) Assignments may be given, and students will be expected to participate and hand-in their completed courses.
During the program, the Man of God, Pastor Tom may hold special sessions in form of conferences, and students will be required to attend.
