Intercede For Your Nation Nation
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
Prayer is one of the privileges we have as God’s children. It’s the opportunity to fellowship with the Lord and also change things. That’s why as God’s child, it’s important you learn to pray for your nation and to do so earnestly.
Don’t ever get tired of interceding for your nation. The Bible says, “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” (James 5:16). Therefore, be passionate in prayer for your nation.
Through your prayers, you’re making it possible for God’s will to be done in your nation.
