IMPACT Leadership

IMPACT Leadership® is a leadership development program specializing in training and mobilizing effective Christian leaders. The program is a leadership development arm of Truth Assemblies International Ministries a.k.a Truth Assembly. IMPACT® is dedicated to developing servant leaders who shoulder responsibility, meet challenges with courage and creativity and never relinquish their God-given dreams.  

We believe that every person is born with the potential to influence others. From church leaders to government leaders, educators to marketplace leaders, we are training a cadre of men and women who are stepping forward to effectively confront the greatest needs on the planet. With the completion of the Great Commission as their priority, these devoted leaders follow the leadership development model demonstrated by Jesus Christ of Nazareth—during His public ministry, Jesus spent the greatest amount of His time training a group of leaders to impact their world. Whether it is through conferences, curriculum or other events, IMPACT® encourages and empowers Christians in all walks of life to engage in an on-going journey of leadership growth and impact.

IMPACT LEADERSHIP® PROCESS OVERVIEW

The leadership program is divided into two clusters which are further sub-divided into themes/sessions. The main clusters are 1) the Core Training for personal leadership development and developing others and 2) Community/National Development and Empowerment. The clusters provide foundational leadership principles that serve as the basis for a leader’s growth, generate guidelines and principles to help leaders develop others and focus on equipping, empowering and encouraging leaders to take on full ownership of the leadership development process to transform nations. The lessons are devoted to;

  1. Spiritual Formation: Humility, integrity, ethics, servanthood, core values, motives
  2. Skill Formation: Team building, developing others, communicating, problem-solving
  3. Strategic Formation: Vision, priorities, planning

DESIRED RESULTS:

  1. Leaders understand that “leadership is influence” and that every person has the potential to grow and develop as a leader.
  2. Leaders embrace the process of leadership development over a lifetime and begin to exhibit growth in their personal leadership journey
  3. Leaders are adequately equipped to multiply and invest in other leaders (mentorships), and they start to train others in what they are learning.
  4. Leaders begin to apply the leadership principles to their life and work to further the Great Commission and influence the world with the Kingdom of God.
  5. Leaders internalize a Biblical understanding of stewardship and are kingdom-minded.
