A Vital Necessity Necessity
Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:13).
Our opening scripture reveals a very striking principle for us to understand about the mind of God.
God desires that when His children seek Him, they should find Him (Isaiah 45:19). But why is it that this isn’t the glorious experience of many of Gods children?
Because to find Him, you MUST seek Him as a vital necessity; as the only One to be sought because He’s the answer that you require! This is the purest and holiest way of seeking and finding Him!
No man seeks Him this way and remains in disappointment, stress and confusion.
Now set your mind and heart to seek (inquire of and require as your vital necessity) the Lord your God (1 Chronicles 22:19).
Many people want Gods guidance but they aren’t ready to lay aside other things to hear and follow His voice. But David narrowed down everything he wanted to just one thing (Psalms 27:4).
What’s your pursuit child of God? If you want to build your life, make seeking God your vital necessity……as the most supreme, essential, indispensable and highest priority and pursuit.
So, set your mind and heart to seek the Lord as the most vital and necessary part of your life. Blessed be God!
