Hungry And Thirsty For God

I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: OPEN YOUR MOUTH WIDE, AND I WILL FILL IT (Psalm 81:10).

Child of God, it’s so important that you understand how God deals with men. He desires that you walk in the fullness of the Word as a testimony of one that’s being used by Him.

He’s a God that works with men and women that are hungry and thirsty for Him. He fills open mouths! How wide your mouth is defines how hungry and thirsty
you’re for the Word.

It’s such an attitude and mindset that defined David’s life when he said, “I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil” (Psalm 119:162). Such is characteristic of those that desire to be filled.

No wonder the Lord revealed to him deep things, even concerning Christ before He manifested in the flesh. And Jesus Himself testified of the writings in Psalms concerning Himself (Luke 24:44).

How hungry and thirsty are you for the Word? What’s your level of appetite for more of Him? Go for more! Get into the study of scriptures and meditate therein day and night.
