Be Joyful Always
…count it all joy when you fall into divers temptations (James 1:2).
The Scripture doesn’t mean praising God for the adverse situations but praising Him inspite of them. In otherwords, count it all joy because there is a miracle on the way; a miracle doesn’t occur because you see it but when you believe it.
The atmosphere of joy puts God in operation; it hastens Him to perform His Word concerning you. God has made you all sufficient in His sufficiency (2 Corinthians 3:5).
When you fall into diverse kinds of temptations, all you need is to be joyful because you have His strength and ability in you. You don’t walk alone anymore; you now walk with God. He is with you always. You see, joy is the evidence of Gods presence. We know that in His presence there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11).
Psalm 126:1-2 says, “When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD has done great things for them.“
Joy is expressive; you just find yourself filled with laughter, and people will begin to wonder the source of your happiness. When you see the greatness of God being manifested in your life, you can’t help but rejoice.
It’s time to make melody! Do not wait until you feel happy before you sing a new song to God. That’s how your spirit becomes completely dominated and influenced by Gods power and presence. Then you begin to manifest the excellency of God.
Child of God, be joyful. Learn to have time, singing and dancing and making praise, alone in the presence of God. It’s awesome when you enjoy God. What a glorious lifting up! And you’ll begin to notice divine ability stirred up in you. You’ll see your enemies stumbling and falling. You’ll see your victory in Christ. You’ll see the angelic force working to your advantage. Glory, glory, glory Hallelujah!
